"Huh. So you're clinically dead? Legally dead? That sucks. I guess that's how CORPSE takes your identity, hrm. I guess you'd be pretty fucked without them. Or... not. I wonder what happens to Revs that decide to not join CORPSE? They could just show up to a courthouse and say 'hey, I'm actually not dead lol.' or something. I guess CORPSE just fucks them over if that happens? I don't know. It's worth looking into..." she said as she stared up, lost in thought, and tried to stroke her chin instinctively, but her chest was too smooshed up by her position that she realized she couldn't and then opted not to. She was basically drowning in tit. "All of these Rev organization really are quite interesting." she added. "It's like... A parallel government, who is taking decisions and actions for the populace. But the populace didn't choose them. That's really my main gripe with it. It's despotic. That's real bad." She sighed. "I respect if you want to be part of them, though. I just hope things eventually become better." she said. "I... I really hope that I'll be able to change things for the better." The girl then stretched a bit in her awkward seating position, trying to get comfortable. "I hate planes." she then told herself, and tried to dig her hand into her pockets to extract her phone and check a few messages on it before trying to squeeze it back into her pocket and then look back to her dear brother. "I hope we're on more jobs together in the future, Melly." she said, dearly, with a warm smile.

Meilius Varkala Silent Revenant Location: Heathrow Airport Tags: Warlock Marika clearly didn't see CORPSE in a good light, which put her interest into whether Meilius would be able to reintegrate to society in an interesting light. To her, it was a monopoly over Revenants which controlled their identities, a shadow government, which makes decisions for everyone even if nobody agreed to allowing them to make those decisions. She still held out hope that things could turn out better and did not turn her back on helping the organization out, but... still. Meilius watched the skies unfolding outside of the window, lost in thought. On one hand, it was his quest to use his newfound powers to help others, to do something to make himself rise above being a complete nobody, and he wholeheartedly believed that he and CORPSE's goals aligned - but Marika was right, if he made the wrong judgment, then he wouldn't be able to escape... He didn't want to dwell on things this difficult and complex, though. He'll figure it out if and when he gets there. For now, all he needs to do is improve himself and help. Meilius leaned back from his window and, with Marika's warm words, laid his head down on his sister's chest as a pillow. It was going to be a long flight, after all.

Marika leaned towards her brother the best she could and emitted a soft happy hum as he rested onto her. She wanted to mention how weird she found it to talk to someone who didn't talk back, but she didn't want to ruin the moment. There was another thing that was unsettling to her, though. He didn't smell the same. Unlike before, when he had a normal, natural faint human odor which was unmistakably that of her brother, now there was nothing. Just a sterile void. It was because he was dead, she figured. Normal biological function had ceased and whatnot. Then, her eyes widened and her eyebrows raised a bit she remembered of another thing she was curious about. She didn't really know how to approach the issue though, because she had never talked about this before with him, and looked to a side as she thought of how to do so. But she was very interested. "Do you have a girlfriend?" she asked and leaned in with a coy smile. "I guess perhaps with dying and stuff, your life has become a lot more different... But has some cute CORPSE girl stolen my brother's heart, hrm? Hehehe." "Don't worry if you don't want to tell me though." Marika then continued and leaned back a bit. "You don't have to. But... I'm very curious about it, of course!" She would then look at him expectantly and keep a smile, hoping that he would say something in reply. Write, rather. Meilius Varkala

Meilius Varkala Silent Revenant Meilius's eyes shot open as soon as he heard Marika's question, his body instantly grew tense and uneasy at the mere thought. It was such an obvious and easy to expect question, too - why wouldn't his sister one day end up interested in whether he's had an eye on a girl or not? Especially now that he's ended up in CORPSE... Marika's coy smile leaning towards him immediately got the teenager to recoil and push himself back to his seat. He had to say a "NO!" and he expressed that "NO!" in every single possible way he could - shaking his head, flailing his hands, and ending up with a deep red blush on his face. It didn't take long for him to realize that, if anything, it was only making his case worse. It was just... not something he's ever given much thought to. If he could, he'd say that it was because he simply imagined it as something which should come forth naturally... but, in truth, the mere idea of a relationship sent shivers down his spine. How could someone like him possibly manage one?.. Hopefully, his sister doesn't badger him about it more... Meilius turned away and huddled up in his seat.

"C'mon Melly, don't be so scared about the idea." she chuckled, and simmered down, hoping that it would calm her brother. "You've got like, no pimples and that cute anime guy face, huge - massive blue eyes. You're a K-pop idol dude but blonde and stuff instead, a lot of girls love that, they drool all over it. You've just got to have more confidence, alright? You can totally kick ass, you just got to believe in yourself, OK? Yeah? Ouh, c'mere, hmmm!" And she would go over and try to hug him against her tighter and nuzzle her head against his the best she could, even if it meant squashing and smothering him a bit. He was immortal and stuff right? No big deal. It's not like he needs oxygen anyways, because he's undead and all of that stuff. She would release him after giving him a quick kiss on the forehead and then smile at him. "Man. It feels weird to try to play catch-up on all of the stuff I've been missing out with you from all of this time, but now that we're in the same business, we'll have a lot of more chances to be together again and stuff, it's gonna be great." she then said and eased herself back into her chair again, shifting side to side to try to get comfortable again and try to find her "spot" in between these annoying airplane chairs which had clearly not been designed for someone like Marika in mind.
